Boots is a sweet girl with a gentle spirit who is looking for a loving forever home where she can enjoy the simple comforts of life. 🏡💗
Boots came into BPCR with her sister, Tipsy, after we were approached by the family of a man who loved his cats dearly. Sadly, he became gravely ill and entered hospice care. While he was there, a caring neighbour made sure his beloved cats were fed, but they spent some time without the person they loved most. Sadly, he passed away the very morning we brought Boots and Tipsy into our care. 💔
Before he passed, he knew that BPCR would be looking after his cats. His family shared that knowing his babies would be safe, loved, and given the best chance at a new life brought him comfort and peace of mind during his final days. ❤️
Now we’re hoping to find Boots a home where she can feel safe, cherished, and loved for years to come.
Boots is the quieter sister of the pair. She may need a little patience and time to feel comfortable, but treats are definitely the way to her heart! 🍗💕 Once she knows there are yummy snacks involved, she’ll happily come out to say hello.
She’s also a wonderful little eater and has been doing very well with her dry food. Boots and Tipsy are both delightfully low-maintenance girls, making them a lovely fit for someone with a busy life who still wants the companionship and love of a cat. 🥰
Boots may not be the first one to rush over for attention, but she has her own sweet way of showing her personality. With a little patience, a predictable routine, and plenty of tasty treats, she’ll have the opportunity to settle in and become a wonderful part of her new family.

Boots has already experienced the loss of someone who loved her dearly. Now she deserves a peaceful new beginning, a safe place to call home, and a family who will give her all the time and love she needs. 💗🐾 Although not necessarily bonded, Boots and Tipsy have a lovely relationship and are sisters and it would be nice if they could find a home together.
