Brigitte is the shyest member of the East Ottawa fire colony rescues. She isn’t aggressive in the slightest—she’s simply a very gentle, timid girl who would rather quietly disappear into the background if she could.
Brigitte is extremely quiet and tends to keep to herself while she continues to recover from the trauma she experienced. She needs time, patience, and a calm home where she can feel safe and heal at her own pace.
The good news is that Brigitte’s appetite has recently started to improve, and her foster family is hopeful she will begin gaining back the weight she lost. She has excellent litter box manners and, while she came from a colony, she is not dependent on the other cats and is comfortable doing her own thing.
There’s something incredibly special about Brigitte—her quiet, gentle nature has a way of completely melting hearts. With a patient and understanding adopter, this sweet girl will have the chance to truly blossom. ❤️🐾
