Meet Carrot 🧡
Carrot’s story began with a frightened, starving little boy showing up in someone’s yard. It took four days of patience and reassurance to convince him that life indoors could be much better. And what a transformation it has been!
After just 12 days inside, Carrot has blossomed into a sweet little lap baby who absolutely craves attention. He loves being close to his people and rewards their affection with the loudest, happiest purrs.
At just 9 months old, Carrot is playful, curious, and still growing. He gets along wonderfully with the other cats and the resident dog. He hasn’t quite discovered the joy of playing with his feline friends yet, but he loves engaging in play and we’re sure that confidence will continue to grow.
Carrot is also a very tidy boy with perfect litter box habits. He keeps his space neat and clean, enjoys his wet food, and likes to nibble on some dry food in the evening. Since coming inside, he has started to gain some much-needed weight, and his coat is becoming beautifully shiny and healthy.
It’s hard to believe this affectionate little lap cat was once a scared boy who was likely dumped in a stranger’s yard. With patience, safety, and love, Carrot has discovered just how wonderful life can be.
Now he’s looking for his special forever family—one that will keep him safe, give him all the attention he craves, and shower him with the love he deserves. 🧡
