Little Fergie is a sweet boy who is discovering that life with humans can be pretty wonderful! Fergie arrived from the McDonald’s Corner colony and, after only a short time in foster care, he’s already making some wonderful progress.
Fergie is still a little shy when you first enter his room. He may dash behind the cat tree, but curiosity quickly gets the better of him. Before long, he’ll peek his little head out to see what’s happening and then come running over to say hello! He’s learning that cuddles aren’t so scary after all, and we have a feeling it won’t be long before he’s asking for them himself.
He’s also discovering the joys of playtime and is learning all about toys, including electronic toys. Watching him figure out these new and exciting things is absolutely adorable!
Fergie is a fantastic eater and happily enjoys both wet and dry food. He is very food motivated, which is definitely helping him discover that humans can be pretty great. Churu treats are a particular favourite and they may just be the fastest way to his heart! 😻
As Fergie continues to build his confidence, he’ll need a patient family who will give him a little time to settle in and let him blossom at his own pace. But this sweet boy is already showing us that there’s a cuddly little lovebug hiding underneath that initial shyness.
Give Fergie a little patience, a few Churus and lots of love, and we’re pretty sure you’ll have yourself a cuddle bug before you know it! 💕🐾
