Meet Koda 🐾
Koda is an approximately 1-year-old male Bengal with the most striking good looks and a gentle soul that’s still learning how to feel safe again. This handsome boy was spotted wandering from house to house just outside of Perth, searching for food and hoping for kindness. Thankfully, a caring couple was able to safely secure him, and that’s when his new beginning with our rescue started. 🤎
Now settling into foster care, Koda is slowly starting to show us glimpses of the sweet boy underneath his cautious exterior. He can be a little fearful at times — and honestly, we can only imagine what he may have experienced before rescue. Bengals don’t typically end up wandering the streets alone, and it’s clear Koda is still learning that people can be trusted.
While he sometimes prefers the safety of a cozy hiding spot, one thing always brings out his brave side: the treat bag! The moment he hears it, Koda comes running over, purring away and happily accepting pets and affection. 🍗✨
It’s been incredibly rewarding watching this kind boy begin to relax, and we are so excited to see his personality continue to blossom as he realizes he’s finally safe and loved.
Next on Koda’s journey is getting neutered, and once he’s all healed up, he’ll be ready to start searching for the forever home he truly deserves. 💛
