Kostaās story began as a stray in a Quebec pound, where overcrowding and a loss of appetite (likely due to stress) put him on the euthanasia list. Thankfully, One Last Chance rescuers stepped in. With the help of Freedom Drivers, Kosta made his way to Biscuits and Purrs Cat Rescueāand he hasnāt stopped charming everyone since!
He is now neutered, vaccinated, had his rabies injection and is microchipped. He has a great appetite and is thriving in his foster home.
Kosta is a truly wonderful, affectionate boy. He gives kisses to his humans and even to other animals! He is fantastic with both cats and dogs, remaining relaxed and easygoing around everyone. He loves pets, enjoys being picked up, and happily settles beside you when heās ready for affection.
He has excellent litter habits, respects household spaces, uses his scratching post, and stays off counters. Heās a little curious about plants, so a home without toxic plants would be best.
Kosta loves wet food of all kinds, grazes on kibble, and enjoys catnip toys, balls, and kicker toys. Heās not particularly interested in cat bedsāquiet little nooks are much more his style. Heās moderately active in the mornings and evenings and spends his afternoons happily snoozing. Heās mostly quiet, with the occasional adorable chirp or meow.
And just look at him! Kosta is tall, long, and athletic, with a gorgeous deep-orange coat, white bib, and sweet white toes.
