Meet Minerva 🐾🖤🧡
Minerva is an adorable little medium-haired calico with the most charming perpetually-disheveled look, like she just woke up from the world’s coziest nap and immediately launched herself into her next adventure.
This brave little girl joined Sarah and Shane as an adopted kitten and quickly became part of the family. She and Shane spend plenty of time wrestling, chasing, and getting into kitten mischief together, but Minerva also has an independent streak and enjoys exploring the world on her own terms.
After a scary little setback when nausea from dewormer medication caused her to lose weight, Minerva bounced right back and now has a renewed enthusiasm for food and life. She’s thriving again and making up for lost time with endless curiosity and energy.
Unlike Shane, Minerva absolutely refuses to sit still for anything… especially photos! She is constantly on the move, investigating every corner she can squeeze into. While Shane is happy to be carried around in a shirt during meal prep, Minerva immediately plots her escape route because there are simply too many important things to explore.
She is incredibly smart, fearless, and full of personality. In fact, she is so brave that she will even try to play with the vacuum cleaner. One of her cutest habits is sitting upright on her hind legs like a tiny squirrel while grabbing toys with her front paws. She also loves to narrate her daily activities with tiny little meows and will call out for Shane while using the litterbox, these two really do have each other’s backs.
Minerva and Shane are only about a week apart in age and are beginning to form a very sweet bond. It would be wonderful to see them adopted together so they can continue growing up side by side.
