Rusty’s story began in a cat colony cared for by a kind gentleman, until a devastating propane explosion destroyed the man’s home and changed everything. Now safe with us, Rusty is ready for the next chapter: a home and family of his own.
He’s curious, social and affectionate. He enjoys hanging out with other kittens and cats, exploring whatever is going on around him, and curling up for a good snuggle when the opportunity presents itself. And when he wants something? He’ll tell you. He’s a chatty little fellow who seems quite convinced that humans simply need proper instructions.
Give him some attention and you’ll be rewarded with a terrific purr—the kind that makes it very easy to sit down for “just a minute” and suddenly realize you’ve been cuddling a kitten for half an hour.
