As written by her foster:

Tristen began her journey as a tiny kitten in a foster home, where she stayed for about three months.

When she came to me, she was almost feral—scared, untouchable, and always hiding. I worked with her helping her learn that people could be safe. She is still a little timid, but doing amazingly well. I can pet her, pick her up, and she’ll rub against my legs every time I walk by.

Tristen does have her limits—I’ve learned when to stop and give her space.

But,,,, let me tell you: she is such a good girl. Still a bit shy, yes, but she wants affection. She chirps and talks to me and gently taps me with her paw to ask for pets. She welcomes every furry friend who comes through my home and rubs on everyone like they’re old pals.

Does she still hide if she thinks you might try to catch her? Yes.

Is she still timid at times? Yes.

Does she ever give gentle little nibbles—love bites—to say she’s unsure or to ask for more pets? Sometimes. But they’re soft and never meant to be mean.

She loves playing with kittens, chasing the wand toy, and of course treats and wet food.

This sweet girl deserves to be happy. She deserves a home with patient, loving adopters who will give her the time she needs to shine—so they can see the same wonderful, tender, playful soul I get to see every day. 💓

Tristen is looking for a nurturing forever home—one filled with soft voices, cozy spaces, and a peaceful rhythm where she can continue to grow. In the right environment, she will become a devoted and affectionate companion who simply needed a little time and encouragement to shine.

Could you be the one to help Tristen feel truly at home? 💕
