Foster cat types and time commitments (please check off all that would be of interest to foster):

Kittens - depending on the age of the kittten(s), this can be a 3 month commitment

Moms and kittens - depending on the age of kitten(s), this can be a 3 month commitment

Adult cats - if there are no health issues, time commitment can be 2 weeks to 6 months

Senior cats - often have a health issue and require medication and/or special diet, routine is key and time commitment can vary based on cat

Recuperating from illness or injury, introduction to medications and follow ups with vetrinary care

Requiring socialization or behavioural help (ie. shy or fearful)

Pregnant cats - time commitment around 3 to 4 months

Unweaned kittens and neonatals - may require bottle feeding every two hours, time commitment usually 3 to 4 months

Palliative care - providing a safe and loving home for the cat to live out the rest of their days, time commitment can be a few days to several months
